Scott Burrin, Co-Founder and CEO

A native of Los Angeles, Scott received his Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude from UCLA, and his Juris Doctor, from Loyola Marymount. Scott is a member of the California Bar, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. From 2004 to 2014 Scott served as corporate Counsel and Director of Investments for the Jamison Group.   In that time, Scott grew the portfolio from 14 to 25 million square feet making it the largest owner of commercial property in Los Angeles. Scott has over a decade of sourcing and acquisition of all types of assets and portfolios with an emphasis on adding value through strategic leasing partnerships and product specific based investment. Scott also has spent significant time financing and refinancing developing relationships within the capital markets.   In addition to his focus, Scott also has Served on the UCLA Ziman Board and has been involved in various panels and industry trade groups speaking about real estate investment and the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego Markets.
